26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are proclaiming your Lords death until he come.
9 "So pray in this way. "Our Father who art in heaven, May thy name be hallowed,
10 thy kingdom come, and thy will be done, On earth, as in heaven.
11 Give us today our bread for the day before us;
4 Jesus answered him, "It is written, Not by bread alone shall man live, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God."
37 In answer he said to them, "You yourselves are to give them food." "Are we to go and buy fifty dollars worth of bread," they said, "and give them food?"
38 "How many loaves have you?" he answered. "Go and see." When they had found out, they said, "Five, and two fishes."
39 Then he directed them to make all sit down by companies on the green grass.
40 And they sat down like beds in a garden, by hundreds and by fifties.
41 Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven he blessed, broke the loaves in pieces, and kept giving to the disciples to distribute.
42 The two fish also he divided to them all.
43 All ate and had enough; and they carried away broken fragments of bread and of fish, enough to fill twelve baskets.
5 When his disciples reached the other side of the lake, they had forgotten to bring bread.
6 Presently Jesus said to them, "Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees."
7 And they began discussing it among themselves, saying, "It is because we did not bring any bread."
8 When Jesus knew it he said. "Weaklings in faith! Why are you arguing among yourselves, because you have no bread?
9 "Do you not remember the five loaves for the five thousand, and how many large basketfuls you took up?
10 "Nor the seven loaves for the four thousand, and how many large basketfuls you took up?
11 "How is it that you do not perceive that I did not speak to you concerning bread? But beware off the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees!"
12 Then they realized that he had not told them to beware of the leaven, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
32 "In solemn truth I tell you," said Jesus in reply, "Moses did not give you the bread out of heaven, but my Father does give you the true bread out of heaven;
33 "for the bread of God is what come down from heaven, and gives life to the world."
34 "Ah, Sir," said they, "evermore give us this bread."
35 "I myself am the bread of life," answered Jesus; "he who comes to me shall never hunger, and he that believes on me shall never thirst again.
48 "I am the bread of life.
49 "Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; yet they died.
50 "This is the bread that comes down from heaven, that one may eat thereof and never die.
51 "I myself am the living bread that has come down from heaven. Any one who eats this bread will live forever; and moreover, the bread which I will give is my flesh, given for the life of the world."
16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a common participation in the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not a common participation in the body of Christ?
17 Because we who are many are one bread, one body, for we all do share in the one loaf.
19 And he took a loaf, and after giving thanks, he broke it and gave it to them saying. "This is my body, which is given for you; this do in remembrance of me.
