4 Como pode o mortal ser justo

E como pode ser puro

aquele que nasce de mulher?

5 Eis que até a lua não tem brilho,

e as estrelas não são puras

aos olhos dele.

6 Quanto menos o homem,

que é larva,

e o filho do homem, que é verme!"

3 Is there any number of his armies? and on whom does not his light arise?

4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

5 Behold even to the moon, and it shines not; yes, the stars are not pure in his sight.

6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?
