Louvem o Senhor do alto dos céus,
louvem o Senhor nas alturas.
2 Louvem o Senhor,
todos os seus anjos;
louvem-no, todos os seus
exércitos celestiais.
3 Louvem o Senhor, sol e lua;
louvem-no,
todas as estrelas luzentes.
4 Louvem o Senhor, céus dos céus
e as águas que estão
acima do firmamento.
5 Louvem o nome do Senhor,
pois ele deu uma ordem,
e foram criados.
6 Ele os estabeleceu
para todo o sempre;
fixou-lhes uma ordem
que não será mudada.
7 Desde a terra, louvem o Senhor!
Louvem-no, monstros marinhos
e todos os abismos;
8 fogo e granizo, neve e vapor
e ventos fortes
que lhe executam a palavra;
9 montes e todas as colinas,
árvores frutíferas e todos os cedros;
10 feras e todo o gado,
animais que rastejam e aves;
11 reis da terra e todos os povos,
príncipes e todos os juízes da terra;
12 rapazes e moças,
velhos e crianças.
13 Louvem o nome do Senhor,
porque só o seu nome é excelso;
a sua majestade está
acima da terra e do céu.
14 Ele exalta o poder do seu povo,
o louvor de todos os seus santos,
dos filhos de Israel,
povo que lhe é chegado.

2 Praise you him, all his angels: praise you him, all his hosts.
3 Praise you him, sun and moon: praise him, all you stars of light.
4 Praise him, you heavens of heavens, and you waters that be above the heavens.
5 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.
6 He has also established them for ever and ever: he has made a decree which shall not pass.
7 Praise the LORD from the earth, you dragons, and all deeps:
8 Fire, and hail; snow, and vapors; stormy wind fulfilling his word:
9 Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
10 Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:
11 Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
12 Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:
13 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.
14 He also exalts the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near to him. Praise you the LORD.
