1 A ti clamo, ó Senhor;

rocha minha, não sejas surdo

para comigo;

porque, se te calares

quanto a mim,

serei semelhante

aos que descem à cova.

2 Ouve a voz das minhas súplicas,

quando a ti clamar por socorro,

quando erguer as mãos

para o teu santuário.

3 Não me arrastes com os ímpios,

com os que praticam a iniquidade.

Eles falam de paz ao seu próximo,

porém no coração

têm perversidade.

4 Paga-lhes segundo as suas obras,

segundo a maldade dos seus atos.

Dá-lhes conforme a obra

de suas mãos,

retribui-lhes o que merecem.

5 E, visto que não compreendem

os feitos do Senhor,

nem o que as suas mãos fazem,

ele os derrubará

e não os reedificará.

6 Bendito seja o Senhor,

porque ouviu a voz

das minhas súplicas!

7 O Senhor é a minha força

e o meu escudo;

nele o meu coração confia,

nele fui socorrido;

por isso, o meu coração exulta,

e com o meu cântico o louvarei.

8 O Senhor é a força do seu povo,

o refúgio salvador do seu ungido.

9 Salva o teu povo

e abençoa a tua herança;

apascenta-os

e exalta-os para sempre.

1 To you will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if you be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.

2 Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry to you, when I lift up my hands toward your holy oracle.

3 Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbors, but mischief is in their hearts.

4 Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavors: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert.

5 Because they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.

6 Blessed be the LORD, because he has heard the voice of my supplications.

7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoices; and with my song will I praise him.

8 The LORD is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.

9 Save your people, and bless your inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever.
