6 These words, which I command you this day, shall be on your heart;
7 and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.
18 Discipline your son, for there is hope;do not be a willing party to his death.
26 She opens her mouth with wisdom.Faithful instruction is on her tongue.TZADE
10 the day that you stood before the Lord your God in Horeb, when the Lord said to me, "Assemble me the people, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they live on the earth, and that they may teach their children."
1 A contemplation by Asaph.Hear my teaching, my people.Turn your ears to the words of my mouth.
2 I will open my mouth in a parable.I will utter dark sayings of old,
3 which we have heard and known,and our fathers have told us.
4 We will not hide them from their children,telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord,his strength, and his wondrous works that he has done.
24 One who spares the rod hates his son,but one who loves him is careful to discipline him.
15 Folly is bound up in the heart of a child:the rod of discipline drives it far from him.
8 My son, listen to your father's instruction,and do not forsake your mother's teaching:
9 for they will be a garland to grace your head,and chains around your neck.
5 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.
6 These words, which I command you this day, shall be on your heart;
7 and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.
3 Behold, children are a heritage of the Lord.The fruit of the womb is his reward.
12 "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which the Lord your God gives you.
3 which we have heard and known,and our fathers have told us.
4 We will not hide them from their children,telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord,his strength, and his wondrous works that he has done.
6 Train up a child in the way he should go,and when he is old he will not depart from it.
8 Oh taste and see that the Lord is good.Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.YOD
9 Oh fear the Lord, you his holy ones,for there is no lack with those who fear him.KAPH
10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger,but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.LAMED
11 Come, you children, listen to me.I will teach you the fear of the Lord.MEM
14 But Jesus said, "Allow the little children, and do not forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these."
15 From infancy, you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Christ Jesus.
17 Correct your son, and he will give you peace;yes, he will bring delight to your soul.
13 Do not withhold correction from a child.If you punish him with the rod, he will not die.
14 Punish him with the rod,and save his soul from Sheol.
1 Listen, sons, to a father's instruction.Pay attention and know understanding;
14 But you remain in the things which you have learned and have been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them.
15 From infancy, you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Christ Jesus.
18 Therefore you shall lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul; and you shall bind them for a sign on your hand, and they shall be for symbols between your eyes.
19 You shall teach them your children, talking of them, when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.
20 You shall write them on the door posts of your house, and on your gates;
21 that your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give them, as the days of the heavens above the earth.
4 You fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
20 Children, obey your parents in all things, for this pleases the Lord.
21 Fathers, do not provoke your children, so that they won't be discouraged.
3 For I will pour water upon the thirsty,and streams on the dry ground.I will pour my Spirit on your seed,and my blessing on your offspring:
4 We will not hide them from their children,telling to the generation to come the praises of the Lord,his strength, and his wondrous works that he has done.
5 For he established a testimony in Jacob,and appointed a teaching in Israel,which he commanded our fathers,that they should make them known to their children;
6 that the generation to come might know, even the children who should be born;who should arise and tell their children,
7 that they might set their hope in God,and not forget the works of God,but keep his commandments,
19 The living, the living, he shall praise you, as I do this day.The father shall make known your truth to the children.
7 It is for discipline that you endure. God deals with you as with children, for what son is there whom his father does not discipline?
11 Come, you children, listen to me.I will teach you the fear of the Lord.MEM
15 The rod of correction gives wisdom,but a child left to himself causes shame to his mother.
13 All your children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of your children.
7 and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.
