24 It shall happen that, before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
1 For the Chief Musician. A contemplation by the sons of Korah. As the deer pants for the water brooks,so my soul pants after you, God.
2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.When shall I come and appear before God?
17 The Lord, your God, is in the midst of you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.
3 'Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you do not know.'
8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
1 "Come, everyone who thirsts, to the waters! Come, he who has no money, buy, and eat! Yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
2 Why do you spend money for that which is not bread? and your labor for that which doesn't satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat you that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
3 Turn your ear, and come to me; hear, and your soul shall live: and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.
4 Behold, I have given him for a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander to the peoples.
5 Behold, you shall call a nation that you do not know; and a nation that did not know you shall run to you, because of the Lord your God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he has glorified you."
6 Seek the Lord while he may be found; call you on him while he is near:
22 The glory which you have given me, I have given to them; that they may be one, even as we are one;
23 I in them, and you in me, that they may be perfected into one; that the world may know that you sent me, and loved them, even as you loved me.
1 A Psalm by David, when he was in the desert of Judah.God, you are my God.I will earnestly seek you.My soul thirsts for you.My flesh longs for you,in a dry and weary land, where there is no water.
2 So I have seen you in the sanctuary, watching your power and your glory.
3 Because your loving kindness is better than life,my lips shall praise you.
4 So I will bless you while I live.I will lift up my hands in your name.
5 My soul shall be satisfied as with the richest food.My mouth shall praise you with joyful lips,
6 when I remember you on my bed,and think about you in the night watches.
7 For you have been my help.I will rejoice in the shadow of your wings.
8 My soul stays close to you.Your right hand holds me up.
9 But those who seek my soul, to destroy it,shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
10 They shall be given over to the power of the sword. They shall be jackal food.
11 But the king shall rejoice in God.Everyone who swears by him will praise him,for the mouth of those who speak lies shall be silenced.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
11 For I know the plans that I have for you,' says the Lord, 'plans for your welfare, and not for calamity, to give you hope and a future.
