Temor do Senhor
8 Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
9 Fear the LORD, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing.
4 Humility is the fear of the LORD; its wages are riches and honor and life.
14 "'Do not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block in front of the blind, but fear your God. I am the LORD.
4 "I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more.
5 But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after your body has been killed, has authority to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him.
4 It is the LORD your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him.
27 The fear of the LORD adds length to life, but the years of the wicked are cut short.
11 Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
12 Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days,
13 keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies.
14 Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.
11 Serve the LORD with fear and celebrate his rule with trembling.
6 Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for; through the fear of the LORD evil is avoided.
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise.
33 Wisdom's instruction is to fear the LORD, and humility comes before honor.
17 Do not take advantage of each other, but fear your God. I am the LORD your God.
27 The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, turning a person from the snares of death.
9 The fear of the LORD is pure, enduring forever. The ordinances of the LORD are sure and altogether righteous.
10 They are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the comb.
11 By them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward.
28 And he said to the human race, "The fear of the Lord —that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding."
14 Blessed is the one who always trembles before God, but whoever hardens their heart falls into trouble.
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
7 Now let the fear of the LORD be on you. Judge carefully, for with the LORD our God there is no injustice or partiality or bribery."
35 "'If any of your fellow Israelites become poor and are unable to support themselves among you, help them as you would a foreigner and stranger, so they can continue to live among you.
36 Do not take interest or any profit from them, but fear your God, so that they may continue to live among you.
6 Observe the commands of the LORD your God, walking in obedience to him and revering him.
