35 Jesus replied: »I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will not hunger. The one who puts active faith in me will never thirst.
3 »He humbled you allowed you to suffer with hunger and then fed you with manna. Neither you nor your fathers had seen this before. He did this to teach you that a person cannot live on bread alone but must live on all everythingevery word that proceeds from the mouth of Jehovah.
46 They continued daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house. They ate their food with gladness and singleness of heart.
47 As they praised God, they had favor with all the people. God added to the congregation daily those being saved.
6 »Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
10 The one who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.
29 Then God said: »I give you every plant that bears seed on the face of the entire earth. I also give you every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.
31 Whether you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do everything to the glory of God.
3 Let the one eating not look down on the one not eating. Let the one who does not eat judge him that eats, for God has received him.
27 »Do not work for food that perishes but for food that offers everlasting life. The Son of man will give you this food. The Father, even God, has set his seal upon him.«
10 He said to them: »Go away now, and take the fat for your food and the sweet for your drink, and send some to him for whom nothing is made ready. This day is holy to our Lord. Let there be no grief in your hearts. The joy of Jehovah is your strong place.«
9 For he satisfies the thirsty and the hungry person.
16 Let no man judge you in food or in drink or in respect of a feast day or a new moon or a Sabbath day.
17 They are a shadow of the things to come; but the substance belongs to Christ.
2 Like newborn infants, long for the spiritual milk that is without deception to help you grow to salvation.
3 »Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.
4 »You must not eat meat that has its lifeblood still in it.
20 "'Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and dine with him, and he with me.
10 »Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse. Test me, said Jehovah of Hosts, and see if I will open the windows of heaven and pour out showers of blessing upon you until there is no more want.
4 In reply Jesus answered: »It is written; man shall not live on bread alone, but on all everythingevery wordevery utteranceevery declaration that proceeds from the mouth of Jehovah.« (Deuteronomy 8:3)
25 »I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink. And do not worry about your body, what you will wear. Is life worth more than food? And is the body worth more than clothes?
25 The liberal person will prosper. He who waters will be watered.
3 I ate no pleasant bread; neither flesh nor wine entered my mouth. I did not anoint myself at all until three whole weeks were completed.
33 »Seek desirerequireserve first the kingdom of God and his righteousness continuously and all these things will be added to you.
7 We brought nothing into the world and we can carry nothing out.
8 We should be content with having food and covering.
16 He took the five loaves and the two fishes. Looking up to heaven, he blessed them and broke the bread. Then he gave them to the disciples to pass out to the crowd.
17 They ate and were all filled. Twelve baskets of left over pieces remained.
9 »These you may eat of all that are in water: anything that has fins and scales you may eat.
10 »Do not eat anything that does not have fins and scales. It is unclean for you.
