31 When they prayed, the place where they assembled together was shaken. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

21 This was a symbol pointing to baptism, which now saves you. It is not the washing off of bodily dirt, but the promise made to God for a good conscience. It saves you through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
33 »I did not know he was the one. God sent me to baptize in water and said: You will see one upon whom the spirit descends. The same is he who baptizes in Holy Spirit.
