13 Jesus traveled to parts of Caesarea Philippi. He asked his disciples: »Who do men say that the Son of man is?«
14 They said: »John the Baptist, Elijah, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets.«
15 »Who do you say that I am?«
16 Simon Peter answered: »You are the Christ, the Son of the living God!«
17 Jesus responded to them: »My Father works until now and I work.«
18 The Jews intensified their efforts to kill him for these reasons: he broke the Sabbath and he also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God.
14 The Word Jesus became flesh a human being and lived with us. We saw the glory of the only begotten son from the Father. He was full of loving-kindness and truth.
9 The love of God was made known through us. God sent his only-begotten Son into the world that we might live through him.
10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation atonementsacrificial payment for our sins.
3 Gods Son is the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his being. He sustains all things by his powerful word. After Jesus purged our sins, he sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.
4 He has become better than the angels and has inherited a more excellent name than theirs.
16 Then Jesus was baptized and came up from the water. Suddenly the heavens were opened. He saw Gods Spirit coming down like a dove.
17 Then a voice from heaven said: »This is my Son whom I love and whom I have approved.«
4 When the full time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,
5 that he might redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.
6 Because you are sons, God sent the spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives with him, and he with God.
16 »For God loved the world so much, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever has an active faith in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
10 While we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son. Being reconciled, we will be saved by his life.
6 For unto us a child is born. Unto us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. He will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.
12 He gave the right to become children of God to all who received him. Even to those who believe in his name.
13 They were born from God. It was not from blood, or the will of the flesh, or the will of man.
12 He who has the Son has the life. He who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.
18 No man has ever seen God. The only begotten God-like one who is closest to the Father in the bosom of the Father tells us about him. (Psalm 8:5)
25 »Truly I tell you, the hour is coming when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear listenunderstand will live.
26 »The Son has life in himself just as the Father has life in himself. For the Father gave him life.
21 »The Father raises the dead and gives them life. The Son also gives life to those he wills.
22 »The Father does not judge any man for he has given all judgment to the Son.
23 »All may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father that sent him.
20 I have been impaled with Christ. It is no longer I that live, but Christ lives in me. The life that I now live in the flesh physical body I live by faith. This is the faith that is in the Son of God. He loved me and gave himself up for me.
8 He who sins is of the devil. For the devil sinned from the beginning. To this end the Son of God was made known manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
