8 If any do not provide for his own, and specially his own household, he denies the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever.
7 Beloved let us love one another, for love is from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
19 Speak to one another in psalms and praise and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to Jehovah.
15 »If your brother does wrong to you, go to him in private. Clearly explain his error between you and him. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother back.
16 »If he does not listen to you, take one or two more people with you. Two or three witnesses may prove every case.
40 »The King will answer: To the extent that you did it to one of the least of my brothers, you did it to me.
17 Just as iron sharpens iron so one man sharpens another.
15 »If your brother does wrong to you, go to him in private. Clearly explain his error between you and him. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother back.
16 »If he does not listen to you, take one or two more people with you. Two or three witnesses may prove every case.
17 »If he will not listen to them, let it come to the attention of the congregation. If he will not listen to the congregation, let him be to you as a heathen and a tax collector.
18 »I tell you; whatever things are fixed by you on earth will be declared improper and unlawful in heaven. Whatever you make free on earth will be declared lawful in heaven.
19 »Again, I say to you, that if two of you are in agreement on earth about anything for which they will make a request, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.
20 »Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in their midst.«
25 Not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another, and even more, as you see the day approaching.
35 »My heavenly Father will treat you like that if you do not forgive your brother from your heart.«
22 You have purified your hearts by obeying the truth. You have genuine affection for the brothers and sisters. So always love one another intensely extremelydeeply from the heart.
16 Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you with all wisdom. Teach and admonish one another with psalms, praises to God, and spiritual songs. Sing with gratitude in your hearts to God.
17 A friend loves at all times. A true brother is born for adversity.
1 Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God. Whoever loves him that causes the birth also loves him that is born.
17 »Never hate your brother in your heart. Be sure to correct your neighbor so that you will not be guilty of sinning along with him.
35 »For whoever does the will of God, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.«
10 Do not forget your friends or your father's friends. If you are in trouble, do not ask a relative for help. A nearby neighbor can help you more than relatives who are far away.
34 »I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another.
35 »All men will know that you are my disciples if you have love for one another.«
10 He who loves his brother lives in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling offence in him.
20 If a man says, I love God, yet he hates his brother, he is a liar! He who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen.
1 Do not rebuke censurecriticize an elder, but appeal to him as a father, the younger men as brothers.
2 Treat the elder women as mothers, the younger as sisters, with much honor.
24 A man with friends must be friendly! A friend sticks closer than a brother.
