12 You should speak and act as men who are to be judged by a law of liberty.

1 If you have a dispute with another Christian do you dare to go to a law court before judges who are ungodly? Why not let the holy ones decide who is right?

4 If you have judgments of things pertaining to this life, would you appoint as judges those who mean nothing to the congregation?
5 I speak to shame you. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? Not one who would be able to judge between his brothers?
