10 »Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! For I am coming, and I will dwell in the midst of you,« said Jehovah.
11 »Many nations will join themselves to Jehovah in that day, and will be my people! I will dwell in the your midst, and you will know that Jehovah of Hosts has sent me to you.«
12 Jehovah will inherit Judah as his portion in the holy land, and will yet choose Jerusalem.
35 »The city will measure about thirty-one thousand five hundred feet all the way around. From then on the city's name will be: Jehovah Is There.«
10 He carried me away in spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the holy city Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God.
11 She had the glory of God. Her light was like a very precious stone, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal.
12 The city had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written on each gate, the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
14 The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
22 You have come to Mount Zion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads thousands of thousands of angels,
23 to the general assembly and congregation of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just righteousholy men made perfect maturehaving all needed qualities.
24 You have come to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks in a better way than the blood of Abel.
22 I saw no temple there: for the Jehovah God the Almighty and the Lamb are the temple.
23 The city did not need the sun or the moon to shine on it. For the glory of God and of the Lamb was its light.
26 The Jerusalem above is free. She is our mother.
11 "'I come quickly: hold fast what you have so that no one will take your crown.
12 "'I will make the one who overcomes, a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will not go out from it anymore. I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is the New Jerusalem. This city comes down out of heaven from my God. I will write my new name on him.
4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, The holy dwelling places of the Most High.
16 They desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Because of this, God is not ashamed to be called their God. He has prepared a city for them!
1 »Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in me.
2 »In my Fathers house are many dwelling places. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 »If I go and prepare a place for you I will come again and I will receive you to myself, for where I am you may also be.
1 He showed me a pure river of water of life. It was clear as crystal and flowed out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
2 This was in the middle of the street of the city. The tree of life was on each side of the river. It produced twelve kinds of fruit and yielded the fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3 There will be no curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city. His servants will serve him.
4 They will see his face and his name will be in their foreheads.
5 There will be no night there. They need no lamp, neither light of the sun, for Jehovah God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.
19 If any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things that are written in this book.
2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 Then I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying: "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men. He will dwell with them and they will be his people! God will be with them, and be their God.
4 "God will wipe away all tears from their eyes. There will be no more death. There will be no more sorrow nor crying. There will be no more pain! The former things have passed away."
