A Palavra de Deus

51 »Truly I tell you if a man obeys my word he will never see death.«

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was like God God-like.

3 »He humbled you allowed you to suffer with hunger and then fed you with manna. Neither you nor your fathers had seen this before. He did this to teach you that a person cannot live on bread alone but must live on all everythingevery word that proceeds from the mouth of Jehovah.

35 You have given me the shield of your salvation. Your right hand supports me. Your gentleness humilitymeekness makes me great.

36 You make a wide path for me to walk on so that my feet do not slip.

3 Then God said: »Let there be light!« And there was light.

18 »That which comes out of the mouth, comes from the heart and makes a man unclean.

19 »Evil thoughts come from the heart! Thoughts about murder, adultery, fornication, theft, lying, and slander come from the heart!

89 Forever, O Jehovah, your word is settled in heaven.

11 Your word I have treasured in my heart that I may not sin against you.

16 God inspired all Scripture! It is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness. Greek: theopneustos: God-breathed

8 »This Book of the Law will not depart out of your mouth. You must meditate intensely studythink deeply on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. Then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

1 A mild answer turns away anger. Harsh words stir up anger.

3 »You are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you.

3 Gods Son is the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his being. He sustains all things by his powerful word. After Jesus purged our sins, he sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.

12 The Word of God is alive and active and sharper than any two-edged sword. (Ephesians 6:17) It separates the physical person from the spiritual person, of both joints and marrow. And it can discern judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. (John 12:48)

28 He replied: »More blessed are those who hear the word of God and obey it.«

22 Be doers of the word, and not hearers only, who deceive themselves.

22 Be doers of the word, and not hearers only, who deceive themselves.

23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror.

24 He sees himself, and goes away, and immediately forgets what manner of man he was.

20 A man's stomach will be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth. He will be filled with the produce from his lips.

21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Those who love it will eat the fruit.

130 The unfolding of your words gives light. It gives understanding to the simple.

14 The Word Jesus became flesh a human being and lived with us. We saw the glory of the only begotten son from the Father. He was full of loving-kindness and truth.

31 »Heaven and earth will pass away but my words will not pass away.

16 God inspired all Scripture! It is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness. Greek: theopneustos: God-breathed

17 Thus the man of God may be completely equipped for every good work.

22 When he was raised from the dead his disciples remembered that he said this. Then they believed the Scripture and the word that Jesus said.

4 In reply Jesus answered: »It is written; man shall not live on bread alone, but on all everythingevery wordevery utteranceevery declaration that proceeds from the mouth of Jehovah.« (Deuteronomy 8:3)

4 Jesus answered him: »It is written, man shall not live by bread alone.« (Deuteronomy 8:3)

24 »Everyone who hears my words, and does them is like a wise man that builds his house on a rock.

38 »Rivers of living water will flow from the innermost being of the man who believes in me. This is according to the scriptures.«

17 »Sanctify them by your truth. Your word is truth.

1 If there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender affection tender mercy and compassions,

2 make my joy full by being of the same mind, having the same love, being of one accord, and of one purpose.

3 Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility consider others more important than you.

4 Look out for the interest of others and not only for your own personal interest.

5 Have this attitude mind-setunderstandingmental state in you that was also in Christ Jesus.

6 He existed in the form shape and nature of God but did not try to be equal with God. He did not even consider it!

7 He emptied humbled himself by taking the form of a servant. He was made in the likeness of men.

8 He obtained the appearance as a man, humbled himself, and became obedient even to death, yes, death on the stake.

9 For this reason God highly exalted him, and gave to him the name that is above every name, Relative authority given by Jehovah God, the Father to His Son (Philipians 2:11)

10 that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth,

11 and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

12 My beloved, you have always obeyed, not just in my presence, but now much more in my absence. Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

13 It is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure.

14 Do all things without complaining grumblingmurmuring and questioning disputing.

15 That way you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation. You are seen as lights in the world.

16 Hold fast to the word of life so I may rejoice in the day of Christ. That way I will not have labored in vain.

17 If I am offered for the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice with you all.

18 You should also rejoice in the same manner.

19 I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you shortly that I may be encouraged when I know your circumstances.

20 For I have no man likeminded, who will truly care for you.

21 They all seek their own interest and not the things of Jesus Christ.

22 But you know of his proven worth. It was like a son with his father that he served with me to further the good news.

23 I hope to send him as soon as I see how it goes with me.

24 I trust in the Lord that I also will come shortly.

25 I find it necessary to send Epaphroditus to you. He is my brother and fellow-worker and fellow-soldier, and your messenger and minister to my need.

26 He longed to see you and was worried because you had heard that he was sick.

27 Indeed he was sick and near to death. But God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but also on me, that I might not have sorrow upon sorrow.

28 I have sent him quickly, that, when you see him again, you may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.

29 Receive him therefore in the Lord with all joy. Hold such in honor

30 because for the work of Christ he came near to death, risking his life to supply that which was lacking in your service toward me.

18 There is one who speaks rashly like the piercing of a sword. The tongue of the wise brings a cure.

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was like God God-like.

2 We all stumble in many things. If any do not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able to restrain control the whole body.

41 Many more believed because of the words he spoke.

9 How can a young man keep his way pure? By keeping it according to your word.

2 Like newborn infants, long for the spiritual milk that is without deception to help you grow to salvation.

9 If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and have active faith in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

10 For with the heart one believes for righteousness. And with the mouth one declares for salvation.

25 Anxiety in the heart of man make it heavy, but a good word makes it glad.

21 Therefore get rid of all filthiness and wickedness. Receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save you.

105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

36 All were amazed and spoke to one another. »What is he telling us? For he speaks with authority and with power he commands the unclean spirits and they come out.«

22 Be doers of the word, and not hearers only, who deceive themselves.

11 The mouth of a righteous man is a fountain of life. Aggression comes from the mouth of the wicked.

5 Every word of God is pure. He is a shield to those who trust him.

31 Jesus told the Jews who believed him: »If you dwell in my word you truly are my disciples.

24 »Truly, Truly I say to you, he who hears my word, and believes him that sent me, has everlasting life. He will not receive judgment for he has passed out of death into life.

36 »I tell you there will be an account in the Judgment Day for every careless word that men say.

37 »For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.«

23 Jesus answered: »If a man loves me, he will obey my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and dwell with him.

30 God's way is perfect! The word of Jehovah has proven to be true. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.

3 We put bits in horses' mouths that they may obey us. We guide their whole bodies.

4 Look at ships. They are large and are driven by rough winds. Yet a very small rudder can control them, wherever the captain wills.

5 The tongue also is a little member. It boasts great things. Consider how great a forest fire a small fire kindles!

6 The tongue is like fire, the place of iniquity among our members. It defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of our life. It is set ablaze like the ever-burning fires in the Valley of Hinnom Greek: Gehenna: symbolic of total destruction.

7 Every kind of beast and bird, of creeping things and things in the sea, is tamed, and has been tamed by mankind.

8 But no man can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil. It is full of deadly poison.

105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

4 The word of Jehovah is upright. All his works are true trustworthy.

6 Jehovah gives wisdom. From his mouth come knowledge and understanding.

16 God inspired all Scripture! It is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness. Greek: theopneustos: God-breathed

17 Thus the man of God may be completely equipped for every good work.

4 In reply Jesus answered: »It is written; man shall not live on bread alone, but on all everythingevery wordevery utteranceevery declaration that proceeds from the mouth of Jehovah.« (Deuteronomy 8:3)

34 »You offspring of vipers. How can you who are evil speak good things? Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

12 The Word of God is alive and active and sharper than any two-edged sword. (Ephesians 6:17) It separates the physical person from the spiritual person, of both joints and marrow. And it can discern judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. (John 12:48)

14 The Word Jesus became flesh a human being and lived with us. We saw the glory of the only begotten son from the Father. He was full of loving-kindness and truth.

4 The word of Jehovah is upright. All his works are true trustworthy.

3 By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the Word of God. The visible has been made out of things that were not visible.

16 »You spoke to me, and I listened to every word. I belong to you, Lord Jehovah. Your words filled my heart with joy and happiness.

17 Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

35 »Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.

4 In God, whose word I praise, In God I have put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?

8 »The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever.«

6 Jehovah gives wisdom. From his mouth come knowledge and understanding.

6 The heavens were made by the word of Jehovah, and by the breath of his mouth their entire host.

31 Jesus told the Jews who believed him: »If you dwell in my word you truly are my disciples.

32 »You will know the truth and the truth will make you free!«

160 Your word is truth from the very beginning! Every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever.

12 Which of you wants a full life? Who would like to live long enough to enjoy good things?

13 Keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from deceit.

29 »My message is like a fire and like a hammer that breaks rocks in pieces.
