21 No entanto, escolha dentre todo o povo homens capazes e honestos que temam a Deus e odeiem suborno. Nomeie-os líderes de grupos de mil, cem, cinquenta e dez pessoas. 22 Eles deverão estar sempre disponíveis para resolver os problemas cotidianos do povo e só lhe trarão os casos mais difíceis. Deixe que os líderes decidam as questões mais simples por conta própria. Eles dividirão com você o peso da responsabilidade e facilitarão seu trabalho.

21 Moreover thou shall provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating unjust gain, and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens,

22 and let them judge the people at all seasons. And it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring to thee, but every small matter they shall judge themselves. So shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear [the burden
