26 Quando Jesus viu sua mãe ali, ao lado do discípulo a quem ele amava, disse-lhe: "Mulher, este é seu filho". 27 E, ao discípulo, disse: "Esta é sua mãe". Daquele momento em diante, o discípulo a recebeu em sua casa.

26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple whom he loved standing by, he says to his mother, Woman, behold thy son.

27 Then says he to the disciple, Behold, thy mother. And from that hour the disciple took her to his own place.
