31 Mas os que confiam no Senhor renovarão as suas forças. Subirão com asas como águias; correrão e não se cansarão; andarão sem desfalecerem.

31 but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings as eagles; they will run, and not be weary; they will walk, and not faint.
