3 Louvem o Senhor pelo grande nome que tem; façam-no com danças, harpas e tambores.

4 Porque o Senhor se alegra com o seu povo. Ele recompensará os humildes, dando-lhes salvação.

6 Que as suas vozes se façam ouvir louvando Deus, tendo nas suas mãos a espada de dois gumes, com a qual julgarão as nações, e castigarão os povos; com a qual farão prisioneiros os governantes, amarrando-os com correntes de ferro, a eles e aos que colaboram com eles na governação dos países!

9 É assim que executará a sua sentença. Esta honra tê-la-ão os que lhe pertencem! Louvem o Senhor!

1 Hallelujah. Sing to Yahweh a new song, And his praise in the assembly of the saints.

2 Let Israel rejoice in him who made him: Let the sons of Zion be joyful in their King.

3 Let them praise his name in the dance: Let them sing praises to him with timbrel and harp.

4 For Yahweh takes pleasure in his people: He will beautify the meek with salvation.

5 Let the saints exult in glory: Let them sing for joy on their beds.

6 [Let] the high praises of God [be] in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand;

7 To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples;

8 To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron;

9 To execute on them the judgment written: This honor have all his saints. Hallelujah.
