O Senhor olha desde os céus sobre toda a humanidade, para ver se existe alguém que saiba conduzir-se com sabedoria, e busque Deus. 
Todos se desviaram e juntamente se corromperam. Não há quem faça o bem, absolutamente ninguém! 
O terror dominará as suas vidas, do qual nunca se ouviu falar antes, Deus espalhará os ossos desses que te apertavam para te oprimirem. Estão condenados, porque Deus os rejeitou. 

For the Chief Musician; set to Mahalath. Maschil of David. The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, and have done disgusting iniquity; There is none who does good. 
God looked down from heaven on the sons of man, To see if there were any who understood, That sought after God. 
Every one of them has gone back; they have together become filthy; There is none who does good, no, not one. 
Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge, Who eat up my people [as] they eat bread, And do not call on God? 
There they were in great fear, where no fear was; For God has scattered the bones of him who encamps against you: You have put [them] to shame, because God has rejected them. 
Oh that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When God brings back the captivity of his people, Then Jacob will rejoice, [and] Israel will be glad.
