8 But you will receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be witnesses for me in Jerusalem and in all Judaea and in Samaria and to the ends of the earth."
19 and in my behalf, that words may be given to me when I open my month to make known with fearlessness the mystery of the good news,
20 for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may tell it fearlessly as I ought.
4 but as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the good news, so we speak, not as if we were pleasing men, but God, who tests our hearts.
14 You are the light of the world. A city cannot be hidden if set on a hill.
15 People do not light a lamp and put it under a peck-measure, but on the stand, and it gives light for all in the house.
16 So let your light shine before men that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.
12 Keep your daily life among the Gentiles honorable, so that, although they talk against you as if you were wrongdoers, they may, from your noble deeds that they see, glorify God on the day of inspection.
16 For I am not ashamed of the good news. It is the power of God for salvation to every one who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

13 Observing the fearless outspokenness of Peter and John and perceiving that they were common, uneducated men, they were astonished, and they recognized them as former companions of Jesus.

15 Tell them these things, urge, convince with all authority; let no one slight you.
8 Do not be ashamed to testify for our Lord or for me his prisoner, but join in suffering hardships for the good news as God gives power.
