9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich yet for your sake he became poor, that you by his poverty might become rich.
19 We love because he first loved us.
5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the first-born of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and freed us from our sins by his blood,
6 and made us a kingdom, priests to God his Father, to him be glory and power for the ages of the ages! Amen.
38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life nor angels nor archangels, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers,
39 nor height nor depth nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God's love in Christ Jesus our Lord.
1 SEE what love the Father has bestowed on us that we should be called children of God. And so we are. The reason why tho world does not know us is that it did not know him.
16 By this we have come to know love \'97 that Christ laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son that every one who believes in him may not perish, but have life eternal.
1 BE imitators of God as beloved children
2 and live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself for us, an offering and sacrifice to God yielding a fragrant odor.
35 Who shall separate us from Christ's love? Shall trial or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
36 As it is written, "For thy sake we are killed all the day. We are counted as sheep for slaughter."
37 On the contrary, in all these we more than conquer through him who loved us.
10 In this is love \'97 not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
8 But God shows his own love to us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.
13 Greater love has no one than this: to lay down his life for his friends.
