9 Better are two, than one,in that they have a good reward for their toil.
10 For, if the one should fall, would raise up his companion,but alas! for him who is alone when he falleth, with no second to raise him up!
11 Moreover, if two lie together, then have they warmth,but how can, one, have warmth?
12 And, though an enemy should prevail against one, two, might make a stand before him,and, a threefold cord, cannot soon be broken.
1 In like manner, ye wives,submitting yourselves unto your own husbands; in order that, if any are not yielding unto the word, through their wives behaviour, they may, without the word, be won,
2 Having been permitted to behold your reverently chaste behaviour,
4 A virtuous woman, is the crown of her husband, but, a veritable decay in his bones, is she that causeth shame.
22 Ye wives, unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord,
23 Because, a husband, is the head of his wife, as, the Christ also, is the head of the assembly, he, being the saviour of the body,
24 Nevertheless, as, the assembly, submitteth herself unto the Christ, so, the wives, unto their husbands, in everything:
27 And God created the man in his own image, In the image of God, created he him,Male and female, created he, them.
10 To the married, however, I give chargenot, I, but the Lord,that, a wife, from her husband, do not depart,
11 But, if she should even depart, let her remain unmarried, or, to her husband, be reconciled; and let not, a husband, leave, his wife.
1 Now, concerning the things whereof ye wrote, it were, good, for a man, not to touch, a woman;
2 But, on account of fornications, let, each man, have, his own wife, and, each woman, have, her own husband:
3 Unto the wife, let the husband render what is her due, and, in like manner, the wife also, unto the husband,
4 The wife, over her own body, hath not authority, but the husband, and, in like manner, the husband also, over his own body, hath not authority, but the wife.
5 Be not depriving one anotherunless perhaps by consent for a season, that ye may have leisure for prayer, and, again, may be together,lest Satan be tempting you by reason of your want of self-control.
7 Ye husbands, in like manner, dwelling with them according to knowledge,as unto a weaker vessel, unto the female
15 But, if, the unbelieving, departeth, let him depart: the brother or the sister hath not come into bondage, in such cases, but, in peace, hath God called us.
16 For how knowest thou, O woman, whether, thy husband, thou shalt save? Or how knowest thou, O man, whether, thy wife, thou shalt save?
33 Nevertheless, ye also, do ye, individually, each man be so loving, his own wife, as himself, and, the wife,
24 For this cause, will a man leave his father and his mother, and cleave unto his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
18 Ye wives! be submitting yourselves unto your husbands, as is becoming in the Lord;
19 Ye husbands! be loving your wives, and be not embittered against them;
18 And Yahweh God said, It is, not good, that the man should remain alone,I will make for him a helper as his counterpart.
14 House and substance, are an inheritance from ones fathers, but, from Yahweh, cometh a wife who is prudent.
5 When a man taketh a new wife, he shall not go forth to war, neither shall he be charged with any business,free, shall he be for his own house one year, and shall rejoice with his wife whom he hath taken.
2 For, the married woman, unto her living husband is bound by law; but, if her husband have died, she hath received a full release from the law of her husband.
15 Now was it not, One, who had, the residue of the spirit? What, then, of that One? He was seeking a godly seed. Therefore should ye take heed to your spirit, and, with the wife of thy youth, do not thou deal treacherously.
10 A virtuous woman, who can find? for, far beyond corals, is her worth.
11 The heart of her husband, trusteth her, and, gain, he shall not lack:
18 Let thy well-spring be blessed,and get thy joy from the wife of thy youth:
19 A loving hind! a graceful doe! let, her bosom, content thee at all times, and, in her love, mayst thou stray evermore.
25 Ye husbands, be loving your wives, even as, the Christ also, loved the assembly, and delivered, himself, up in her behalf,
26 That, her, he might sanctify, having purified with the bath of water, in declaration,
27 That, he, might present, unto himself, the assembly, all glorious, not having spot or wrinkle or any of such things, but that she should be holy and blameless;
28 So, ought the husbands to be loving their own wives, as their own bodies,he that loveth his own wife, loveth himself,
29 No one, in fact, ever yet hated, his own flesh, but nourisheth and cherisheth it,even as, the Christ, the assembly,
4 And, he, answering, saidDid ye never readHe who created at the beginning, Male and female, made them,
5 and saidFor this cause, will a man leave his father and his mother, and be united to his wife,and, the two, will become, one flesh;
6 So that, the longer, are they, two, but, one flesh, What, therefore, God, hath yoked together, Let not, a man, put asunder.
22 Who hath found a wife, hath found a blessing, and hath obtained favour from Yahweh.
