9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's own people, that you may declare the wonderful deeds of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
3 by the mouth of babes and infants, thou hast founded a bulwark because of thy foes, to still the enemy and the avenger.
4 When I look at thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars which thou hast established;
5 what is man that thou art mindful of him, and the son of man that thou dost care for him?
17 Thy eyes beheld my unformed substance; in thy book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.
18 How precious to me are thy thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!
7 But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for the LORD sees not as man sees; man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart."
7 He raises the poor from the dust, and lifts the needy from the ash heap,

6 Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God.
7 Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.
14 For thou didst form my inward parts, thou didst knit me together in my mother's womb.
3 For by the grace given to me I bid every one among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith which God has assigned him.
