14 I know that whatever God does endures for ever; nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it; God has made it so, in order that men should fear before him.
11 I have laid up thy word in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.
3 This is good, and it is acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,
4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
20 First of all you must understand this, that no prophecy of scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation,
21 because no prophecy ever came by the impulse of man, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
18 For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the law until all is accomplished.
1 In many and various ways God spoke of old to our fathers by the prophets;
2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by a Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world.
3 He reflects the glory of God and bears the very stamp of his nature, upholding the universe by his word of power. When he had made purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
1 To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David.
2 The heavens are telling the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims his handiwork.
3 Day to day pours forth speech, and night to night declares knowledge.
4 There is no speech, nor are there words; their voice is not heard;
5 yet their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun,
6 which comes forth like a bridegroom leaving his chamber, and like a strong man runs its course with joy.
7 Its rising is from the end of the heavens, and its circuit to the end of them; and there is nothing hid from its heat.
8 The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple;
4 For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that by steadfastness and by the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope.
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father.
19 and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fulness of God.
35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
6 "Because the poor are despoiled, because the needy groan, I will now arise," says the LORD; "I will place him in the safety for which he longs."
7 The promises of the LORD are promises that are pure, silver refined in a furnace on the ground, purified seven times.
8 But what does it say? The word is near you, on your lips and in your heart (that is, the word of faith which we preach);
23 You have been born anew, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God;
24 for "All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls,
25 but the word of the Lord abides for ever." That word is the good news which was preached to you.
8 The grass withers, the flower fades; but the word of our God will stand for ever.
6 And these words which I command you this day shall be upon your heart;
7 and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
8 And you shall bind them as a sign upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.
9 And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
17 So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes by the preaching of Christ.
18 But I ask, have they not heard? Indeed they have; for "Their voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world."
24 for "All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls,
25 but the word of the Lord abides for ever." That word is the good news which was preached to you.
