28 Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe;
29 for our God is a consuming fire.
4 Who shall not fear and glorify thy name, O Lord? For thou alone art holy. All nations shall come and worship thee, for thy judgments have been revealed."
28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
6 So you shall keep the commandments of the LORD your God, by walking in his ways and by fearing him.
6 and said to the judges, "Consider what you do, for you judge not for man but for the LORD; he is with you in giving judgment.
7 Now then, let the fear of the LORD be upon you; take heed what you do, for there is no perversion of justice with the LORD our God, or partiality, or taking bribes."
1 Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, and make holiness perfect in the fear of God.
16 Better is a little with the fear of the LORD than great treasure and trouble with it.
13 The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God, and keep his commandments; for this is the whole duty of man.
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who practice it. His praise endures for ever!
8 And the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil?"
7 Who would not fear thee, O King of the nations? For this is thy due; for among all the wise ones of the nations and in all their kingdoms there is none like thee.
7 For when dreams increase, empty words grow many: but do you fear God.
29 Oh that they had such a mind as this always, to fear me and to keep all my commandments, that it might go well with them and with their children for ever!
