9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a special people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: peculiar: or, purchasedpraises: or, virtues
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, which ye have from God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
5 And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken later;
6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
17 If any man defileth the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. defile: or, destroy
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and aliens, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth to an holy temple in the Lord:
22 In whom ye also are built together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, boldness: or, liberty
20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; consecrated: or, new made
21 And having an high priest over the house of God;
22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
23 Jesus answered and said to him, If a man loveth me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come to him, and make our abode with him.
4 For every house is built by some man; but he that built all things is God.
5 And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken later;
6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.
20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
