22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken from the Lord by the prophet, saying,
23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. they…: or, his name shall be called
24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took to him his wife:
25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.
14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, the virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. shall call: or, thou, O virgin, shalt call
10 I was cast upon thee from my birth: thou art my God from my mother’s womb.
18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was in this manner: When his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child by the Holy Spirit.
19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, purposed to put her away secretly.
20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take to thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is by the Holy Spirit. conceived: Gr. begotten
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. JESUS: that is, Saviour, Heb

4 Whoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5 And whoever shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.
9 Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the LORD: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God. not…: or, not beget?
3 Jesus answered and said to him, Verily, verily, I say to thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. again: or, from above
14 But Jesus said, Permit the little children, and forbid them not, to come to me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.
21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
34 Then said Mary to the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?
35 And the angel answered and said to her, The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing who shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
6 By thee have I been sustained from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother’s womb: my praise shall be continually of thee.
30 And the angel said to her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give to him the throne of his father David:
33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
15 Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet I will not forget thee. that…: Heb. from having compassion
3 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
9 Sing to him, sing psalms to him, talk ye of all his wondrous works.
