8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think on these things. honest: or, venerable
7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send him to you.
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
6 Jesus saith to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no man cometh to the Father, but by me.

18 Of his own will he hath begotten us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
30 I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.
20 And we know that the Son of God hath come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
