7 render, therefore, to all their dues; to whom tribute, the tribute; to whom custom, the custom; to whom fear, the fear; to whom honour, the honour.
12 And before all things, my brethren, do not swear, neither by the heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath, and let your Yes be Yes, and the No, No; that under judgment you may not fall.
16 Be confessing to one another the trespasses, and be praying for one another, that you may be healed; very strong is a working supplication of a righteous man;
16 'And no one having lighted a lamp does cover it with a vessel, or under a couch does putit; but upon a lamp-stand he does put it, that those coming in may see the light,
2 but did renounce for ourselves the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, nor deceitfully using the word of God, but by the manifestation of the truth recommending ourselves unto every conscience of men, before God;
15 be diligent to present yourself approved to God -- a workman irreproachable, rightly dividing the word of the truth;
9 Lie not one to another, having put off the old man with his practices,
21 providing right things, not only before the Lord, but also before men;
17 giving back to no one evil for evil; providing right things before all men.
18 My little children, may we not love in word nor in tongue, but in word and in truth!
6 if we may say -- 'we have fellowship with Him,' and in the darkness may walk -- we lie, and do not the truth;
17 and the wisdom from above, first, indeed, is pure, then peaceable, gentle, easily entreated, full of kindness and good fruits, uncontentious, and unhypocritical: --
8 'Blessed the clean in heart -- because they shall see God.
6 for because of this also pay you tribute; for servants of God they are, on this very thing attending continually;
