30 Jesus answered and said, 'Not because of me has this voice come, but because of you;
31 now is a judgment of this world, now shall the ruler of this world be cast forth;
32 and I, if I may be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto myself.'
5 so, then, nothing before the time judge you, till the Lord may come, who will both bring to light the hidden things of the darkness, and will manifest the counsels of the hearts, and then the praise shall come to each from God.
1 And him who is weak in the faith receive you -- not to determinations of reasonings;
2 one does believe that he may eat all things -- and he who is weak does eat herbs;
3 let not him who is eating despise him who is not eating: and let not him who is not eating judge him who is eating, for God did receive him.
4 You -- who are you that are judging another's domestic? to his own master he does stand or fall; and he shall be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.
7 'But I tell you the truth; it is better for you that I go away, for if I may not go away, the Comforter will not come unto you, and if I go on, I will send Him unto you;
8 and having come, He will convict the world concerning sin, and concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment;
9 concerning sin indeed, because they do not believe in me;
38 and he said, 'I believe, sir,' and bowed before him.
39 And Jesus said, 'For judgment I to this world did come, that those not seeing may see, and those seeing may become blind.'
17 because it is the time of the beginning of the judgment from the house of God, and if first from us, what the end of those disobedient to the good news of God?
12 so, then, each of us concerning himself shall give reckoning to God;
13 no longer, therefore, may we judge one another, but this judge you rather, not to put a stumbling-stone before the brother, or an offence.
14 I have known, and am persuaded, in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean of itself, except to him who is reckoning anything to be unclean -- to that one it is unclean;
21 'For, as the Father does raise the dead, and does make alive, so also the Son does make alive whom he wills;
22 for neither does the Father judge any one, but all the judgment He has given to the Son,
23 that all may honour the Son according as they honour the Father; he who is not honouring the Son, does not honour the Father who sent him.
24 'Verily, verily, I say to you -- He who is hearing my word, and is believing Him who sent me, has life age-during, and to judgment he does not come, but has passed out of the death to the life.
25 'Verily, verily, I say to you -- There comes an hour, and it now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, and those having heard shall live;
26 for, as the Father has life in himself, so He gave also to the Son to have life in himself,
27 and authority He gave him also to do judgment, because he is Son of Man.
28 'Wonder not at this, because there does come an hour in which all those in the tombs shall hear his voice,
29 and they shall come forth; those who did the good things to a rising again of life, and those who practised the evil things to a rising again of judgment.
30 'I am not able of myself to do anything; according as I hear I judge, and my judgment is righteous, because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father who sent me.
31 'If I testify concerning myself, my testimony is not true;
1 And after these things I heard a great voice of a great multitude in the heaven, saying, 'Alleluia! the salvation, and the glory, and the honour, and the power, is to the Lord our God;
2 because true and righteous are His judgments, because He did judge the great whore who did corrupt the earth in her whoredom, and He did avenge the blood of His servants at her hand;'
3 and a second time they said, 'Alleluia;' and her smoke does come up -- to the ages of the ages!
2 for in what judgment you judge, you shall be judged, and in what measure you measure, it shall be measured to you.
3 'And why do you behold the motesplinter, speck that is in your brother's eye, and the beam that is in your own eye do not consider?}
4 Or, how will you say to your brother, Permit I may cast out the motesplinter, speck from your eye, and lo, the beam is in your own eye?}
