1 Ó Deus, pelo teu nome salva-me, E pelo teu poder faze-me justiça.

2 Ó Deus, ouve a minha oração, Dá ouvidos às palavras da minha boca.

3 Pois estrangeiros se levantam contra mim, E homens violentos procuram tirar-me a vida: Eles não põem a Deus diante de si. (Selá)

4 Eis que Deus é o meu ajudador, O Senhor é quem me sustenta a vida.

5 Ele retribuirá o mal aos meus inimigos; Por tua verdade extermina-os.

6 De livre vontade te oferecerei sacrifícios, Darei graças ao teu nome, Jeová, porque é bom.

7 Pois me livrou de toda a tribulação; E os meus olhos vêem a ruína dos meus inimigos.

And mine eye hath seen my desire upon mine enemies.
