12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so it is with Christ.
24 Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I do my share for the sake of his body, which is the church, in filling up what is lacking in Christ's afflictions.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that he might have the first place in everything.
15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be thankful.
