30 Give to everyone who asks of you, and from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back.
7 Pay all of them their dues: taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, respect to whom respect is due, honor to whom honor is due.
24 No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, for God has said, »I will never leave you, nor will I forsake you.«
12 And forgive us our debts,as we also have forgiven our debtors.
28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?
8 Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.
