8 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away. For if I do not go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.
6 Jesus said to him, »I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
31 Jesus then said to the Jews who had believed in him, »If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples.
32 And you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.«
18 Little children, let us not love in word or tongue but in deed and in truth.
15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.

6 If we say we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not live according to the truth.
4 I have no greater joy than this, to hear that my children are walking in the truth.
24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.«
1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
12 But above all, my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath, but let your yes be yes and your no be no, that you may not fall under condemnation.
15 But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into him, who is the head, into Christ,
26 »But when the Counselor comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, he will testify of me.
27 But the anointing which you have received from him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as his anointing teaches you about all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, abide in him.
