2 Therefore when you do yours alms, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
16 A man's gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men.
30 Give to every man that asks of you; and of him that takes away your goods ask them not again.
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely all of you have received, freely give.
21 The wicked borrows, and pays not again: but the righteous shows mercy, and gives.
3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not love, (o. agape) it profits me nothing.
14 But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of you, and of yours own have we given you.
8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that all of you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
10 Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our LORD: neither be all of you sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
4 Delight yourself also in the LORD: and he shall give you the desires of yours heart.
10 Bring all of you all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in mine house, and prove me now herewith, says the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
7 Every man according as he purposes in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loves a cheerful giver.
9 Honour the LORD with your substance, and with the first-fruits of all yours increase:
11 Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causes through us thanksgiving to God.
26 He covers greedily all the day long: but the righteous gives and spares not.
25 The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that waters shall be watered also himself.
27 Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of yours hand to do it.
38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that all of you mete likewise it shall be measured to you again.
12 For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man has, and not according to that he has not.
9 Open your mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
3 But when you do alms, let not your left hand know what your right hand does:
4 That yours alms may be in secret: and your Father which sees in secret himself shall reward you openly.
10 Now he that ministers seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)
21 Jesus said unto him, If you will be perfect, go and sell that you have, and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
