6 Jesus says unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me.
13 Like a father pities his children, so the LORD pities them that fear him.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
36 Be all of you therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
7 If all of you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chastens not?
8 But if all of you be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are all of you bastards, and not sons.
9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, (o. pneuma) and live?
10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
19 For the earn expectation of the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.
11 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
12 For whom the LORD loves he corrects; even as a father the son in whom he delights.
1 Behold, what manner of love (o. agape) the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not.
13 And whatsoever all of you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
14 I have written unto you, fathers, because all of you have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because all of you are strong, and the word (o. logos) of God abides in you, and all of you have overcome the wicked one.
24 The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that bring forths a wise child shall have joy of him.
53 Think you that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
18 No man has seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared him.
6 But you, when you pray, enter into your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father which is in secret; and your Father which sees in secret shall reward you openly.
13 Like a father pities his children, so the LORD pities them that fear him.
14 For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust.
8 But be not all of you called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all you are brethren.
9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
1 Behold, what manner of love (o. agape) the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not.
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
5 A fool despises his father's instruction: but he that regards reproof is prudent.
15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love (o. agape) of the Father is not in him.
27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither knows any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
30 I and my Father are one.
20 Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.
21 Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: (o. logos) and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
17 But you, when you fast, anoint yours head, and wash your face;
18 That you appear not unto men to fast, but unto your Father which is in secret: and your Father, which sees in secret, shall reward you openly.
21 He that has my commandments, and keeps them, he it is that loves me: and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
16 Doubtless you are our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: you, O LORD, are our father, our redeemer; your name is from everlasting.
20 Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
15 For all of you have not received the spirit (o. pneuma) of bondage again to fear; but all of you have received the Spirit (o. pneuma) of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16 The Spirit (o. pneuma) itself bears witness with our spirit, (o. pneuma) that we are the children of God:
4 And, all of you fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
13 I write unto you, fathers, because all of you have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because all of you have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because all of you have known the Father.
11 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
12 For whom the LORD loves he corrects; even as a father the son in whom he delights.
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
2 Honour your father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
3 That it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.
4 And, all of you fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
3 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.
5 Happy is the man that has his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
31 Fear all of you not therefore, all of you are of more value than many sparrows.
26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are all of you not much better than they?
20 Whoso curses his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.
16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
24 Father, I will that they also, whom you have given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which you have given me: for you loved me before the foundation of the world.
8 But now, O LORD, you are our father; we are the clay, and you our potter; and we all are the work of your hand.
12 Honour your father and your mother: that your days may be long upon the land which the LORD your God gives you.
6 Children's children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.
19 The living, the living, he shall praise you, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known your truth.
11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
13 If all of you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit (o. pneuma) to them that ask him?
8 My son, hear the instruction of your father, and forsake not the law of your mother:
9 For they shall be an ornament of grace unto your head, and chains about your neck.
48 Be all of you therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
