16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not a communion of the body of Christ?
17 seeing that we, who are many, are one bread, one body: for we all partake of the one bread.
18 And as they sat and were eating, Jesus said, Truly I say to you{}, One of you{} will deliver me up, [even] he who eats with me.
19 They began to be sorrowful, and to say to him one by one, Is it I?
20 And he said to them, [It is] one of the twelve, he who dips with me in the dish.
21 For the Son of Man goes, even as it is written of him: but woe to that man through whom the Son of Man is delivered up! [It would have been] good for that man if he had not been born.
2 And during supper, the devil having already put into the heart of Judas [the son] of Simon Iscariot, to deliver him up,
3 [Jesus], knowing that the Father had given all the things into his hands, and that he came forth from God, and goes to God,
4 rises from supper, and lays aside his garments; and he took a towel, and girded himself.
5 Then he pours water into the basin, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which he was girded.
21 When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in the spirit, and testified, and said, Truly, truly, I say to you{}, that one of you{} will deliver me up.
22 The disciples looked one on another, doubting of whom he spoke.
23 There was at the table reclining in Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.
24 Simon Peter therefore beckons to him, to ask who it might be that he is talking about.
25 Therefore leaning back, as he was, on Jesus' breast, says to him, Lord, who is it?
26 Jesus answers, It is he, for whom I will dip the sop, and give it him. So when he had dipped the sop, he takes and gives it to Judas, [the son] of Simon Iscariot.
27 And after the sop, then Satan entered into him. Jesus therefore says to him, What you do, do quickly.
28 Now no man at the table knew for what intent he spoke this to him.
29 For some thought, because Judas had the bag, that Jesus said to him, Buy what things we have need of for the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor.
30 He then having received the sop went out right away: and it was night.
20 and it is no longer I who live, but Christ living in me: and that [life] which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, [the faith] which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and delivered himself up for me.
14 And when the hour came, he sat down, and the apostles with him.
15 And he said to them, With desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you{} before I suffer:
16 for I say to you{}, I will not eat it, until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
4 Therefore, my brothers, you{} also were made dead to the law through the body of Christ; that you{} should be joined to another, to him who was raised from the dead, that we might bring forth fruit to God.
5 For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions, which were through the law, worked in our members to bring forth fruit to death.
6 But now we have been discharged from the law, having died to that in which we were held, in order to serve us as slaves in newness of the spirit, and not in oldness of the letter.
53 Jesus therefore said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you{}, Except you{} eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you{} don't have life in yourselves.
54 He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
56 He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood stays in me, and I in him.
57 As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father; so he who eats me, he also will live because of me.
22 And as they were eating, he took bread, and when he had blessed, he broke it, and gave to them, and said, Take{}: this is my body.
23 And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave to them: and they all drank of it.
24 And he said to them, This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many.
25 Truly I say to you{}, I will no more drink of the fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.
7 And on the first day of the week, when we were gathered together to break bread, Paul discoursed with them, intending to depart on the next day; and prolonged his speech until midnight.
26 But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest said to him, Tell us whether you are the Christ, the Son of God.
27 Jesus said to him, You have said. And you{} will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.
28 Then the high priest rent his garments, saying, He has spoken blasphemy: what further need do we have of witnesses? Look, now you{} have heard the blasphemy.
29 What do you{} think? They answered and said, He is worthy of death.
30 Then they spat in his face and buffeted him. And some struck him with the palms of their hands,
51 I am the living bread which came down out of heaven: if any man eats of this bread, he will live forever: yes and the bread which I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world.
33 Therefore, my brothers, when you{} come together to eat, wait one for another.
34 If any man is hungry, let him eat at home; that your{} coming together not be to judgment. And the rest I will set in order whenever I come.
23 For I received of the Lord that which also I delivered to you{}, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which he was delivered up took bread;
24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, This is my body, which is for you{}: this do in remembrance of me.
25 In like manner also the cup, after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood: this do, as often as you{} drink [it], in remembrance of me.
26 For as often as you{} eat this bread, and drink the cup, you{} proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.
21 You{} can't drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of demons: you{} can't partake of the table of the Lord, and of the table of demons.
17 And he received a cup, and when he had given thanks, he said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:
18 for I say to you{}, I will not drink from now on of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God will come.
19 And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave to them, saying, This is my body which is given for you{}: this do in remembrance of me.
20 And the cup in like manner after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, [even] that which is poured out for you{}.
27 Therefore whoever will eat the bread or drink the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner, will be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord.
28 But let a man prove himself, and so let him eat of the bread, and drink of the cup.
29 For he who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself, if he does not discern the body.
30 For this cause many among you{} are weak and sickly, and not a few sleep.
23 For I received of the Lord that which also I delivered to you{}, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which he was delivered up took bread;
26 For as often as you{} eat this bread, and drink the cup, you{} proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.
20 When therefore you{} assemble yourselves together, it is not possible to eat the Lord's supper:
21 for in your{} eating each takes before [another] his own supper; and one is hungry, and another is drunk.
22 What, don't you{} have houses to eat and to drink in? Or do you{} despise the church of God, and put them to shame that do not have? What shall I say to you{}? Shall I praise you{}? In this I do not praise you{}.
15 And for this cause he is the mediator of a new covenant, that a death having taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
16 For where a testament is, there must of necessity be the death of him who made it.
17 For a testament is of force where there has been death: for it does never avail while he who made it lives.
7 And the day of unleavened bread came, on which the Passover must be sacrificed.
8 And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and make ready for us the Passover, that we may eat.
9 And they said to him, Where do you want us to make ready?
10 And he said to them, Look, when you{} have entered into the city, there will meet you{} a man bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house into which he goes.
11 And you{} will say to the master of the house, The Teacher says to you, Where is the guestchamber, where I will eat the Passover with my disciples?
12 And he will show you{} a large upper room furnished: there make ready.
13 And they went, and found as he had said to them: and they made ready the Passover.
14 And when the hour came, he sat down, and the apostles with him.
5 For if we have become united with [him] in the likeness of his death, we will be also [in the likeness] of his resurrection;
6 knowing this, that our old man was crucified with [him], that the body of sin might be done away, it no longer to serve us as slaves to sin;
7 for he who has died is justified from sin.
8 But if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him;
9 knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dies no more; death no more has dominion over him.
10 For the death that he died, he died to sin once: but the life that he lives, he lives to God.
19 And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave to them, saying, This is my body which is given for you{}: this do in remembrance of me.
20 And the cup in like manner after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, [even] that which is poured out for you{}.
