7 The rich rules over the poor; And the borrower is slave to the lender.

6 For Yahweh your God will bless you, as he promised you: and you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow; and you will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you.

24 And if you{} lend to them of whom you{} hope to receive, what thanks is it to you{}? Even sinners lend to sinners, to receive again as much.

27 Don't withhold good from them to whom it is due, When it is in the power of your hand to do it.

21 The wicked borrows, and does not pay again; But the righteous deals graciously, and gives.

30 Give to everyone who asks you; and of him who takes away your goods don't ask [for them] back.

7 Render to all their dues: tax to whom tax [is due]; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.

28 For which of you{}, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has [the means] to complete it?

5 Be{} free from the love of money; content with such things as you{} have: for he himself has said, I will never fail you, neither will I ever forsake you.

11 Wealth gotten by vanity will be diminished; But he who gathers by labor will have increase.

12 Woe to you{}, you{} who are full now! For you{} will hunger.

8 Owe no man anything, except to love one another: for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.
