22 Where there is no counsel, purposes are disappointed; But in the multitude of counselors they are established.
19 In the multitude of words transgression does not cease; But he who refrains his lips does wisely.
13 He who goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets; But he who is of a faithful spirit conceals a matter.
1 Oh give thanks to Yahweh, call on his name; Make known among the peoples his doings.
7 Blessed [are] you{} who hunger now: for you{} will be filled.
21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue; And those who love it will eat its fruit.
9 not rendering evil for evil, or reviling for reviling; but on the contrary blessing; for hereunto were you{} called, that you{} should inherit a blessing.
23 A man has joy in the answer of his mouth; And a word in due season, how good it is!
18 [My] Little children, let us not love in word, neither with the tongue; but in deed and truth.
3 He who guards his mouth keeps his life; [But] he who opens his lips wide will have destruction.
8 Open your mouth for the mute, In the cause of all such as are left desolate.
3 Therefore whatever you{} have said in the darkness will be heard in the light; and what you{} have spoken in the ear in the inner chambers will be proclaimed on the housetops.
1 A soft answer turns away wrath; But a grievous word stirs up anger.
2 For in many things we all stumble. If any doesn't stumble in word, the same is a perfect man, able to bridle the whole body also.
28 Even a fool, when he holds his peace, is counted wise; When he shuts his lips, he is [esteemed as] prudent.
12 The words of a wise man's mouth are gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow up himself.
9 that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
4 A gentle tongue is a tree of life; But perverseness in it is a breaking of the spirit.
45 The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth that which is good; and the evil [man] out of the evil [treasure] brings forth that which is evil: for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
26 And in like manner the Spirit also helps our infirmity: for we don't know how to pray as we ought; but the Spirit himself makes intercession for [us] with groanings which can't be uttered;
8 My mouth will be filled with your praise, And with your honor all the day.
19 You{} know [this], my beloved brothers. But let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
29 Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your{} mouth, but such as is good for edifying as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.
