9 With his mouth the godless man destroys his fellow man; But through knowledge will the righteous be delivered.
29 Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your{} mouth, but such as is good for edifying as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.
2 He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, And speaks truth in his heart;
3 He who does not slander with his tongue, Nor does evil to his friend, Nor takes up a reproach against his fellow man;
28 A perverse man scatters abroad strife; And a whisperer separates best friends.
18 He who hides hatred is of lying lips; And he who utters a slander is a fool.
11 Then he says to the man, Stretch forth your hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, as the other.
13 He who goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets; But he who is of a faithful spirit conceals a matter.
