7 Render to all their dues: tax to whom tax [is due]; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.
12 But above all things, my brothers, don't swear, neither by the heaven, nor by the earth, nor by any other oath: but let your{} yes be yes, and your{} no, no; that you{} may not fall under judgment.
13 He who covers his transgressions will not prosper: But whoever confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.
3 The integrity of the upright will guide them; But the perverseness of betrayers will destroy them.
16 And no man, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a vessel, or puts it under a bed; but puts it on a lampstand, that those who enter in may see the light.
16 Confess therefore your{} sins one to another, and pray one for another, that you{} may be healed. The supplication of a righteous man avails much in its working.
2 Treasures of wickedness profit nothing; But righteousness delivers from death.
2 but we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
7 Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him: Don't fret yourself because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.
15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, an unashamed worker, correctly handling the word of truth.
18 [My] Little children, let us not love in word, neither with the tongue; but in deed and truth.
9 do not lie one to another; seeing that you{} have put off the old man with his activities,
13 In the transgression of the lips is a snare to the evil man; But the righteous will come out of trouble.
17 He who utters truth shows forth righteousness; But a false witness, deceit.
6 If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and don't do the truth:
21 for we take thought for things honorable, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men.
17 Render to no man evil for evil. Take thought for things honorable in the sight of all men.
6 For this cause you{} pay taxes also; for they are ministers of God's service, attending continually on this very thing.
9 Then you will understand righteousness and justice, And equity, [yes], every good path.
27 Don't withhold good from them to whom it is due, When it is in the power of your hand to do it.
1 A false balance is disgusting to Yahweh; But a just weight is his delight.
3 The integrity of the upright will guide them; But the perverseness of betrayers will destroy them.
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without variance, without hypocrisy.
3 To do righteousness and justice Is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice.
8 Better is a little, with righteousness, Than great revenues with injustice.
8 and look, a man having a withered hand. And they watched him to see if he would heal on the Sabbath day; so that they might accuse him.
25 Let your eyes look right on, And let your eyelids look straight before you.
5 It is well with the man who deals graciously and lends; He will maintain his cause in judgment.
28 A perverse man scatters abroad strife; And a whisperer separates best friends.
