19 We love, because he first loved us.
35 Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 Even as it is written, For your sake we are killed all the day long; We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
5 and from Jesus Christ, [who is] the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us, and loosed us from our sins by his blood;
6 and he made us [to be] a kingdom, [to be] priests to his God and Father; to him [be] the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
1 Look at what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God; and [such] we are. For this cause the world doesn't know us, because it did not know him.
8 Yahweh is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in loving-kindness.
9 He will not always chide; Neither will he keep [his anger] forever.
10 He has not dealt with us after our sins, Nor rewarded us after our iniquities.
11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is his loving-kindness toward those who fear him.
12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has he removed our transgressions from us.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes on him should not perish, but have eternal life.
17 To you, O my strength, I will sing praises: For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.
8 But God commends his own love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
1 Be{} therefore imitators of God, as beloved children;
2 and walk in love, even as Christ also loved us, and delivered himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for an odor of a sweet smell.
10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son [to be] the propitiation for our sins.
9 For you{} know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your{} sakes he became poor, that you{} through his poverty might become rich.
13 Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
16 Hereby we know love, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
39 nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
