O Marido

18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is outside the body; but he who commits fornication sins against his own body.

28 Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself:

29 for no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as Christ also the church;

14 Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers: for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?

4 Love suffers long, it is kind. Love does not envy. Love does not vaunt itself, is not puffed up,

5 does not behave itself unseemly, does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take account of evil;

6 does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;

7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

22 Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor of Yahweh.

3 [doing] nothing through faction or through vainglory, but in lowliness of mind each counting one another better than himself;

4 each of you{} not looking to his own things, but each of you{} also to the things of others.

14 and above all these things [put on] love, which is the bond of perfectness.

5 Do not deprive{} one another, except it is by consent for a season, that you{} may give yourselves to prayer, and may be together again, that Satan does not tempt you{} because of your{} lack of self-control.

4 [Let] marriage [be] had in honor among all, and [let] the bed [be] undefiled: for fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

15 See that none render to anyone evil for evil; but always follow after that which is good, both one toward another, and toward all.

7 You{} husbands, in like manner, dwell with [your{} wives] according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman, as to the weaker vessel, as being also joint-heirs of the grace of life; to the end that your{} prayers not be hindered.

28 Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself:

6 I say to you{}, that even so there will be joy in heaven over one sinner that repents, [more] than over ninety and nine righteous persons, who need no repentance.

9 Live joyfully with the wife whom you love all the days of your life of vanity, which he has given you under the sun, all your days of vanity: for that is your portion in life, and in your labor in which you labor under the sun.

10 But to the married I give charge, [yes] not I, but the Lord, That the wife is not to depart from her husband,

11 but should she depart, let her stay unmarried, or let her be reconciled to her husband; and that the husband is not to leave his wife.

12 But to the rest say I, not the Lord: If any brother has an unbelieving wife, and she gives her approval to dwell with him, let him not leave her.

15 Drink waters out of your own cistern, And running waters out of your own well.

16 Should your springs be dispersed abroad, And streams of water in the streets?

17 Let them be for yourself alone, And not for strangers with you.

18 Let your fountain be blessed; And rejoice in the wife of your youth.

19 [As] a loving hind and a pleasant doe, Let her nipples immerse you at all times; And be ravished always with her love.

20 For why should you, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, And embrace the bosom of a foreigner?

18 Wives, be in subjection to your{} husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.

19 Husbands, love your{} wives, and do not be bitter against them.

25 Husbands, love your{} wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and delivered himself up for it;

24 Therefore will a man leave his father and his mother, and will stick to his wife: and they will be one flesh.

33 Nevertheless, let each one of you{} also love his own wife even as himself; but the wife should fear her husband.

15 And if it seems evil to you{} to serve Yahweh, choose you{} this day whom you{} will serve; whether the gods which your{} fathers served who were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you{} dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh.

3 Let the husband render to the wife her due: and likewise also the wife to the husband.

4 The wife does not have power over her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband does not have power over his own body, but the wife.

25 Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak{} truth each one with his fellow man: for we are members one of another.

26 Be{} angry, and don't sin: don't let the sun go down on your{} wrath:

27 neither give place to the devil.

28 Let him who stole steal no more: and even better, let him labor, working with his own hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.

29 Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your{} mouth, but such as is good for edifying as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.

30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you{} were sealed to the day of redemption.

31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and railing, be put away from you{}, with all malice:

32 and be{} kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, even as God also in Christ forgave you{}.

19 Husbands, love your{} wives, and do not be bitter against them.
