28 And when they had crossed over, they came to the land, to Gennesaret.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes on him should not perish, but have eternal life.
4 Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
4 Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
13 But we would not have you{} ignorant, brothers, concerning those who fall asleep; that you{} do not sorrow, even as the rest, who have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so those also that have fallen asleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
14 And, look, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and you{} know in all your{} hearts and in all your{} souls, that not one thing has failed of all the good things which Yahweh your{} God spoke concerning you{}; all have come to pass to you{}, not one thing has failed of them.
32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him who dies, says the Sovereign Yahweh: So turn yourselves, and live.
6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection: over these the second death has no power; but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with him [for] the thousand years.
21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
48 What [prominent] man is he who will live and not see death, That will deliver his soul from the power of Sheol? Selah.
22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ will all be made alive.
3 And I heard a great voice out of the throne saying, Look, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they will be his peoples, and God himself with them, he will be their God:
4 and he will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, anymore: because the first things are passed away.
17 For if, by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one; much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one, [even] Jesus Christ.
55 O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?
56 The sting of death is sin; and the power of sin is the law:
57 but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light: those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, on them light has shined.
8 For whether we live, we live to the Lord; or whether we die, we die to the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.
11 Faithful is the saying: For if we died with him, we will also live with him:
46 And Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, Father, into your hands I commend my spirit: and having said this, he gave up the ghost.
7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: for perhaps for the good man some one would even dare to die.
8 But God commends his own love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
21 For since by man [came] death, by man [came] also the resurrection of the dead.
25 Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he who believes on me, though he dies, yet he will live;
26 and whoever lives and believes on me will never die. Do you believe this?
25 Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he who believes on me, though he dies, yet he will live;
26 and whoever lives and believes on me will never die. Do you believe this?
20 For our citizenship is in heaven; from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ:
21 who will fashion anew the body of our humiliation, [that it may be] conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.
23 But I am in a strait between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ; for it is very far better:
24 yet to stay in the flesh is more needful for your{} sake.
7 Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence?
8 If I ascend up into heaven, you are there: If I make my bed in Sheol, look, you are there.
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 and I give to them eternal life; and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.
26 The last enemy that will be abolished is death.
16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ will rise first;
17 then we who are alive, who are left, will together with them be caught up in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
4 and he will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, anymore: because the first things are passed away.
23 And in Hades he lifted up his eyes, being in torments, and sees Abraham far off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am in anguish in this flame.
6 Set me as a seal on your heart, As a seal on your arm: For love is as strong as death; Jealousy is as cruel as Sheol; The flashes of it are flashes of fire, An intense flame of Yahweh.
27 And inasmuch as it is appointed to men once to die, and after this [comes] judgment;
1 A [good] name is better than precious oil; and the day of death, than the day of one's birth.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
39 nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you will not eat of it: for in the day that you eat of it you will surely die.
25 And if he will come in the second watch, and if in the third, and find [them] so, blessed are those [slaves].
2 He enters into peace; they rest in their beds, each one who walks in his uprightness.
15 Then the desire, when it has conceived, bears sin: and the sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.
