18 We know that whoever is begotten of God does not sin; but he who was begotten of God keeps himself, and the evil one does not touch him.
19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the evil one.
9 [even he], whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
7 Be subject therefore to God; but resist the devil, and he will flee from you{}.
18 to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in me.
8 Be sober, be watchful: your{} adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour,
19 But Jesus says to him, Follow me; and leave the dead to bury their own dead.
44 You{} are of the father the devil, and the desires of your{} father it is your{} will to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and did not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of lies.
14 And no wonder; for even Satan fashions himself into an angel of light.
30 I will no more speak much with you{}, for the prince of the world comes: and he has nothing in me;
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where are also the beast and the false prophet; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
6 Jesus says to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one comes to the Father, but by me.
9 And the great dragon was cast down, the old serpent, he who is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him.
10 And I heard a great voice in heaven, saying, Now has come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: for the accuser of our brothers is cast down, who accuses them before our God day and night.
8 he who does sin is of the devil; for the devil sins from the beginning. To this end was the Son of God manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
2 And during supper, the devil having already put into the heart of Judas [the son] of Simon Iscariot, to deliver him up,
4 in whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the good news of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn [on them].
