15 but like he who called you{} is holy, be{} yourselves also holy in all manner of living;
16 because it is written, You{} will be holy; for I am holy.
15 but like he who called you{} is holy, be{} yourselves also holy in all manner of living;
16 because it is written, You{} will be holy; for I am holy.
14 Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord:
14 Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord:
3 For this is the will of God, [even] your{} sanctification, that you{} abstain from fornication;
4 that each of you{} know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor,
5 not by immoral sexual passion, even as the Gentiles who don't know God;
6 that no man transgress and take advantage of his brother in this matter: because the Lord is an avenger in all these things, as also we forewarned you{} and testified.
7 For God called us not for impurity, but in sanctification.
3 But you are holy, O you who inhabit the praises of Israel.
22 that you{} put away, as concerning your{} former manner of life, the old man, that waxes corrupt after the desires of deceit;
23 and that you{} are renewed in the spirit of your{} mind,
24 and put on the new man, that after God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.
25 It is a snare to man to rashly say, [It is] holy, And after vows to make inquiry.
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: Try me, and know my thoughts;
24 And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.
16 And no man, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a vessel, or puts it under a bed; but puts it on a lampstand, that those who enter in may see the light.
5 Have this mind in you{}, which was also in Christ Jesus:
23 And I will magnify myself, and sanctify myself, and I will make myself known in the eyes of many nations; and they will know that I am Yahweh.
17 Sanctify them in the truth: your word is truth.
16 Don't you{} know that you{} are a temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwells in you{}?
9 [BET] How will a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed [thereto] according to your word.
26 And you{} will be holy to me: for I, Yahweh, am holy, and have set you{} apart from the peoples, that you{} should be mine.
26 And you{} will be holy to me: for I, Yahweh, am holy, and have set you{} apart from the peoples, that you{} should be mine.
10 The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom; And knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blemish before him in love:
3 But fornication, all impurity, or greed, don't let it even be named among you{}, as becomes saints;
3 But fornication, all impurity, or greed, don't let it even be named among you{}, as becomes saints;
1 Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
1 Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
14 Seek good, and not evil, that you{} may live; and so Yahweh, the God of hosts, will be with you{}, as you{} say.
9 who saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before eternal times,
22 But now being made free from sin and being made slaves to God, you{} have your{} fruit to sanctification, and the end eternal life.
1 [A Psalm] of David. Bless Yahweh, O my soul; And all that is inside me, [bless] his holy name.
17 Now I urge you{}, brothers, mark those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you{} learned: and turn away from them.
2 to the church of God which is at Corinth, [even] those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, [the] called saints, with all who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ in every place, their [Lord] and ours:
4 Sing to God, sing praises to his name: Cast up a highway for him who rides through the deserts; His name is Yah; and exult{} before him.
5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, Is God in his holy habitation.
19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your{} flesh: for as you{} presented your{} members [as] slaves to impurity and to iniquity to iniquity, even so now present your{} members [as] slaves to righteousness to sanctification.
7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be{} holy; for I am Yahweh your{} God.
2 There is none holy like Yahweh; For there is none besides you, Neither is there any rock like our God.
1 I urge you{} therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your{} bodies, a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, [which is] your{} spiritual service.
23 And I will sanctify my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you{} have profaned in the midst of them; and the nations will know that I am Yahweh, says the Sovereign Yahweh, when I will be sanctified in you{} before their eyes.
21 And you{}, being in time past alienated and enemies in your{} mind in your{} evil works,
22 yet now he has reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you{} holy and without blemish and unreproveable before him:
23 if indeed you{} continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the good news which you{} heard, which was preached in all creation under heaven; of which I Paul was made a servant.
1 If there is therefore any exhortation in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender mercies and compassions,
2 make my joy full, that you{+} are of the same mind, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind;
3 [doing] nothing through faction or through vainglory, but in lowliness of mind each counting one another better than himself;
4 each of you{+} not looking to his own things, but each of you{+} also to the things of others.
5 Have this mind in you{+}, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6 who, existing in the form of God, did not consider making full use of his equality with God,
7 but emptied himself, taking the form of a slave, being made in the likeness of men;
8 and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient [even] to death, yes, the death of the cross.
9 Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name;
10 that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of [those] in heaven and [those] on earth and [those] under the earth,
11 and that every tongue should confess, The Lord Jesus Christ, to the glory of God the Father.
12 So then, my beloved, even as you{+} have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your{+} own salvation with fear and trembling;
13 for it is God who works in you{+} both to will and to work, for his good pleasure.
14 Do all things without murmurings and questionings:
15 that you{+} may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the middle of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you{+} are seen as lights in the world,
16 holding forth the word of life; that I may have something of which to glory in the day of Christ, that I did not run in vain neither labor in vain.
17 Yes, and if I am offered on the sacrifice and ministry of your{+} faith, I joy, and rejoice with all of you{+}:
18 and in the same manner do you{+} also joy, and rejoice with me.
19 But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy shortly to you{+}, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your{+} state.
20 For I have no man likeminded, who will care truly for your{+} state.
21 For they all seek their own, not the things of Jesus Christ.
22 But you{+} know the proof of him, that, as a child [to] a father, he served as a slave with me in furtherance of the good news.
23 Therefore I hope to send him forthwith, as soon as I will see how it will go with me:
24 but I trust in the Lord that I myself also will come shortly.
25 But I counted it necessary to send to you{+} Epaphroditus, my brother and coworker and fellow-soldier, and your{+} messenger and minister to my need;
26 since he longed after all of you{+}, and was very troubled, because you{+} had heard that he was sick:
27 for indeed he was sick near to death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, that I might not have sorrow on sorrow.
28 I have sent him therefore the more diligently, that, when you{+} see him again, you{+} may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.
29 Receive him therefore in the Lord with all joy; and hold such in honor:
30 because for the work of Christ he came near to death, hazarding his life to supply that which was lacking in your{+} ministry toward me.
15 For thus says the high and lofty One who stays eternally, whose name is Holy: I stay in the high and holy place, and with him who is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite.
