3 Or are you{} ignorant that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
4 We were buried therefore with him through baptism into death: that like Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.
11 Even so reckon{} also yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
25 And I will sprinkle clean water on you{}, and you{} will be clean: from all your{} filthiness, and from all your{} idols, I will cleanse you{}.
26 A new heart also I will give you{}, and a new spirit I will put inside you{}; and I will take away the stony heart out of your{} flesh, and I will give you{} a heart of flesh.
27 And I will put my Spirit inside you{}, and cause you{} to walk in my statutes, and you{} will keep my ordinances, and do them.
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; And renew a right spirit inside me.
11 Don't cast me away from your presence; And don't take your holy Spirit from me.
12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation; And uphold me with a willing spirit.
3 among whom we also all once lived in the desire of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest:--
4 but God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us,
5 even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ, (by grace you{} have been saved)
8 but now do you{} also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, railing, shameful speaking out of your{} mouth:
9 do not lie one to another; seeing that you{} have put off the old man with his activities,
10 and have put on the new man, who is being renewed to knowledge after the image of him who created him:
17 Therefore if any man is in Christ, [he is] a new creation: the old things are passed away; look, they have become new.
20 and it is no longer I who live, but Christ living in me: and that [life] which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, [the faith] which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and delivered himself up for me.
5 For if we have become united with [him] in the likeness of his death, we will be also [in the likeness] of his resurrection;
6 knowing this, that our old man was crucified with [him], that the body of sin might be done away, it no longer to serve us as slaves to sin;
7 for he who has died is justified from sin.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
22 that you{} put away, as concerning your{} former manner of life, the old man, that waxes corrupt after the desires of deceit;
23 and that you{} are renewed in the spirit of your{} mind,
24 and put on the new man, that after God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.
