1 Irgendwann diskutierten die Freunde von Jesus mal die Frage, wer denn im Land, wo Gott das Sagen hat, die Nummer eins sein wird.

2 Jesus bekam das mit, holte ein kleines Mädchen zu sich und stellte es in die Mitte.

3 Dann sagte er in die Runde: „Eins muss euch klar sein: Wenn ihr nicht so draufkommt wie die Kinder, dann werdet ihr keine Tickets für das Land, wo Gott wohnt, ziehen können.

4 Wer aber so winzig in seinem Denken und seiner Art sein kann wie so ein kleines Kind, der wird die Nummer eins in diesem Land, dem Reich Gottes, werden.

5 Und wer so einem Kind ein Zuhause verschafft, wo es sich wohlfühlt, und das tut, weil er mich liebt, der nimmt in Wirklichkeit mich auf."

6 „Wenn aber einer so dreist ist und das kindliche Vertrauen, was die Leute in mich haben, irgendwie kaputtmacht, der wäre besser dran, wenn er von einer Bahn überfahren werden würde.

7 Ich warne jeden, der meine Leute dazu verführt, Gott nicht mehr zu vertrauen! Es ist unvermeidbar, dass man mal dazu verführt wird, Mist zu bauen, aber ich will die echt warnen, die mit Absicht meine Leute verführen!

8 Darum: Wenn irgendetwas, was zu dir gehört, dich zu etwas verführt, was Gott nicht will, dann trenn dich radikal davon. Besser einhändig im Himmel als beidhändig in der Hölle, wo man ewig getrennt ist von Gott und allem Guten.

9 Oder wie ist es mit deinen Augen? Wenn dein Auge dich dazu bringt, Mist zu bauen, dann reiß es lieber raus und schmeiß es in den Müll. Besser einäugig im Himmel als mit zwei Augen in der Hölle.

10 Ihr müsst sehr aufpassen, dass ihr nicht arrogant werdet und auf andere runterguckt, die irgendwie nicht so toll sind wie ihr. Hey, glaubt mir, deren Engel wissen den PIN-Code zur Eingangstür, wo mein Vater im Himmel wohnt!"

11 „Der Menschensohn [[Menschensohn|Siehe Erklärung in Matthäus 8]] ist für die da, die nicht mehr wissen, wo es längsgeht.

12 Was denkt denn ihr: Wenn jemand hundert Meerschweinchen hat, und eines büchst plötzlich aus dem Stall aus und ist verschwunden, was macht der dann? Er wird sich doch sofort aufmachen und seinen ganzen Garten durchsuchen, bis er das eine Meerschweinchen gefunden hat.

13 Und wenn er es dann endlich unter einer Hecke findet, wird er sich nicht voll freuen, und zwar in diesem Augenblick mehr über das eine als über alle anderen, die ja noch im Stall sind?

14 Genauso ist mein Papa drauf, er will nicht, dass ihm irgendjemand durch die Lappen geht, er liebt sie alle!"

15 „Also, wenn jemand, der auch an Gott glaubt, schlecht mit dir umgegangen ist, dann sprich mit ihm darüber und sag ihm, was dich verletzt hat. Wenn ihr euch dann versöhnt, ist alles wieder super.

16 Wenn der aber nicht auf dich hört und das Friedensangebot ablehnt, dann nimm dir ein paar Freunde mit und versuch noch einmal, mit ihm oder ihr zu reden.

17 Wenn es das aber auch nicht bringt, dann mach das Ding öffentlich und sprich mit der ganzen Clique darüber. Wenn derjenige jetzt nicht nachgibt, dann hat er selber Schuld, dann schließt ihn aus eurer Gemeinschaft aus.

18 Ihr müsst wissen: Wenn ihr Leuten sagt, dass alles gut ist, und ihnen die Schuld erlasst, dann ist das Ding auch für Gott im Himmel gegessen.

19 Das andere müsst ihr aber auch wissen: Wenn nur zwei Leute, die hier leben, sich in einer Sache total einig sind und Gott dann darum bitten, dann wird er es ihnen geben, garantiert!

20 Denn immer da, wo sich zwei oder drei Leute wegen mir treffen, da bin ich auch mittendrin."

21 Petrus fragte mal Jesus: „Also wie ist das, wenn einer von uns mal ständig total ätzend zu mir ist, wie oft muss ich ihm denn dann verzeihen? Reicht siebenmal?"

22 „Auf keinen Fall", antwortete Jesus, „nicht nur siebenmal. Vergeben ist grenzenlos. Du musst einfach immer vergeben, egal wie oft.

23 Das Reich, wo Gott das Sagen hat, kann man auch gut vergleichen mit einem Bundeskanzler, der mit seinem Finanzminister den Etat ausrechnen will.

24 Da kam so ein Unternehmer vorbei, der hatte beim Staat sehr hohe Schulden, die er nicht mehr tilgen konnte, er war total pleite.

25 Weil er seine Schulden auf keinen Fall selbst bezahlen konnte, wäre es jetzt sogar angesagt gewesen, alles, was er hatte, zu verkaufen und den Rest ins Pfandhaus zu bringen. Er musste sogar seine Familie loswerden, um wenigstens einen Teil von seinen Miesen abzudrücken.

26 Der Unternehmer ging in das Büro des Finanzministers, ging auf die Knie und bettelte: ‚Herr Minister, bitte geben Sie mir noch ein paar Tage Aufschub. Dann hab ich das Geld bestimmt zusammen!‘

27 Irgendwie tat der Mann dem Minister da voll Leid, und er unterschrieb einen Wisch, der ihm alle seine Schulden erließ.

28 Aber kaum war der Typ auf freiem Fuß, ging er zu einem seiner Angestellten, der ihm noch die Kohle für ein Mittagessen schuldete, und machte den voll an: ‚Bezahl mir sofort deine Schulden, das gehört sich so!‘

29 Der Angestellte war aber auch pleite und bettelte: ‚Bitte geben Sie mir noch ein paar Tage Aufschub, dann hab ich das Geld zusammen, versprochen!‘

30 Aber der Unternehmer war ungeduldig. Er rief die Polizei, ließ den Mann verhaften und in den Knast stecken, bis er jeden einzelnen Cent bezahlt hatte.

31 Das sprach sich schnell rum und die anderen Angestellten steckten das dann irgendwann auch dem Minister.

32 Da rief der Finanzminister die Polizei und ließ ihn abführen. Vor Gericht sagte er dann zu dem Unternehmer: ‚Mann, wie sind Sie nur drauf? Ich habe Ihnen die gesamten Schulden erlassen, weil Sie mich darum gebeten haben, und Sie?

33 Warum sind Sie nicht auch mal großzügig mit ihrem Ex-Angestellten umgegangen, so wie ich mit Ihnen, he?‘

34 Supersauer ließ er den Unternehmer abführen, und der sollte so lange unter miesesten Bedingungen im Knast sitzen, bis seine ganzen Schulden bezahlt waren.

35 Genauso wird es euch auch gehen, wenn ihr nicht eure Leute mal in Frieden lasst und ihnen vergebt, wenn sie was gegen euch verbockt haben."

1 In that hour came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven? 2 And he called to him a little child, and set him in the midst of them, 3 and said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye turn, and become as little children, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven. 4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me: 6 but whoso shall cause one of these little ones that believe on me to stumble, it is profitable for him that a great millstone should be hanged about his neck, and that he should be sunk in the depth of the sea.

7 Woe unto the world because of occasions of stumbling! for it must needs be that the occasions come; but woe to that man through whom the occasion cometh! 8 And if thy hand or thy foot causeth thee to stumble, cut it off, and cast it from thee: it is good for thee to enter into life maimed or halt, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into the eternal fire. 9 And if thine eye causeth thee to stumble, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is good for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into the hell of fire. 10 See that ye despise not one of these little ones: for I say unto you, that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven. 11 12 How think ye? if any man have a hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and go unto the mountains, and seek that which goeth astray? 13 And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth over it more than over the ninety and nine which have not gone astray. 14 Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

15 And if thy brother sin against thee, go, show him his fault between thee and him alone: if he hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. 16 But if he hear thee not, take with thee one or two more, that at the mouth of two witnesses or three every word may be established. 17 And if he refuse to hear them, tell it unto the church: and if he refuse to hear the church also, let him be unto thee as the Gentile and the publican. 18 Verily I say unto you, What things soever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and what things soever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father who is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

21 Then came Peter and said to him, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? until seven times? 22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times; but, Until seventy times seven. 23 Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, who would make a reckoning with his servants. 24 And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, that owed him ten thousand talents. 25 But forasmuch as he had not wherewith to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made. 26 The servant therefore fell down and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. 27 And the lord of that servant, being moved with compassion, released him, and forgave him the debt. 28 But that servant went out, and found one of his fellow-servants, who owed him a hundred shillings: and he laid hold on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay what thou owest. 29 So his fellow-servant fell down and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee. 30 And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay that which was due. 31 So when his fellow-servants saw what was done, they were exceeding sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done. 32 Then his lord called him unto him, and saith to him, Thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou besoughtest me: 33 shouldest not thou also have had mercy on thy fellow-servant, even as I had mercy on thee? 34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due. 35 So shall also my heavenly Father do unto you, if ye forgive not every one his brother from your hearts.
