12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
1 We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
35 For I was hungry, and ye gave me food: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came to me.
37 Then will the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came to thee?
40 And the king will answer and say to them, Verily I say to you, Inasmuch as ye have done it to one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it to me.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
35 I have shown you all things, that so laboring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
36 And when he had thus spoken, he kneeled down, and prayed with them all.
37 And they all wept bitterly, and fell on Paul's neck, and kissed him,
38 Sorrowing most of all for the words which he spoke, that they should see his face no more. And they accompanied him to the ship.
38 Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye give to others, it shall be measured to you again.
14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man sayeth he hath faith, and hath not works? can faith save him?
15 If a brother or sister is naked, and destitute of daily food,
16 And one of you sayeth to them, Depart in peace, be you warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee, turn not thou away.
4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
11 For the poor shall never cease from the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thy hand wide to thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
17 He that hath pity upon the poor, lendeth to the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.
10 And the people asked him, saying, What shall we do then?
11 He answereth and saith to them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath provisions, let him do likewise.
33 Sell what ye have, and give alms: provide yourselves bags which become not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
17 But he who hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
