10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
36 And when he had thus spoken, he kneeled down, and prayed with them all.
37 And they all wept bitterly, and fell on Paul's neck, and kissed him,
38 Sorrowing most of all for the words which he spoke, that they should see his face no more. And they accompanied him to the ship.
33 And after they had tarried there a time, they were dismissed in peace from the brethren to the apostles.
11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
14 And they lifted up their voice, and wept again. And Orpah kissed her mother-in-law; but Ruth cleaved to her.
41 And as soon as the lad was gone, David arose out of a place towards the south, and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed himself three times: and they kissed one another, and wept one with another, until David exceeded.
27 And Moses let his father-in-law depart; and he went his way into his own land.
6 So Joshua blessed them and sent them away; and they went to their tents.
41 And as soon as the lad was gone, David arose out of a place towards the south, and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed himself three times: and they kissed one another, and wept one with another, until David exceeded.
42 And Jonathan said to David, Go in peace, forasmuch as we have sworn both of us in the name of the LORD, saying, The LORD be between me and thee, and between my seed and thy seed for ever.\
43 \20:42\And he arose and departed: and Jonathan went into the city.
11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
12 Greet one another with a holy kiss.\
14 \13:14\The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. Amen.
17 But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavored the more abundantly to see your face with great desire.
8 And Naomi said to her two daughters-in-law, Go, return each to her mother's house: the LORD deal kindly with you, as ye have dealt with the dead, and with me.
9 The LORD grant you that ye may find rest, each of you in the house of her husband. Then she kissed them; and they lifted up their voice, and wept.
10 And they said to her, surely we will return with thee to thy people.
11 And Naomi said, Turn again, my daughters: why will ye go with me? shall I bear more sons, that they may be your husbands?
12 Turn again, my daughters, go your way; for I am too old to have a husband. If I should say, I have hope, if I should have a husband also to-night, and should also bear sons;
13 Would ye wait for them till they should be grown? would ye stay for them from having husbands? nay, my daughters; for it grieveth me much for your sakes, that the hand of the LORD has gone out against me.
14 And they lifted up their voice, and wept again. And Orpah kissed her mother-in-law; but Ruth cleaved to her.
24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
25 The LORD make his face to shine upon thee, and be gracious to thee:
26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
8 For God is my witness, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ.
7 The LORD will preserve thee from all evil: he will preserve thy soul.
8 The LORD will preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for ever.
25 Grace be with you all. Amen.
1 And after the uproar had ceased, Paul called to him the disciples, and embraced them, and departed to go into Macedonia.
20 And he left the oxen, and ran after Elijah, and said, Let me, I pray thee, kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow thee. And he said to him, Go back again: for what have I done to thee?
21 And he returned back from him, and took a yoke of oxen, and slew them, and boiled their flesh with the instruments of the oxen, and gave to the people, and they ate. Then he arose, and went after Elijah, and ministered to him.
61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go and bid them farewell who are at my house.
62 And Jesus said to him, No man having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
